Help, looking for hearse clubs in Ga. or surrounding area.

I am the owner of Auburn City BBQ, in Auburn Ga.
We have a car and motorcycle show every month and for Oct. I thought that it would be really cool if I could get some hearse clubs to participate. My problem is I don't seem to be able to find any.

The registration fee is $10.00 and candy to trick or treat.
However for the car show in Oct. registration is free for all hearses, we would like for you to bring candy.

Cool! Are any of the hotels there pet friendly? If we stay a night our ferrets will have to come as well.

i'm not really sure about the Ga. hotels..........unless you "hide" them.

Don't forget Chariots of the Dead's big meeting is April 25th, 26th, 27th.

We usually meet the night before to hangout and get dinner. And I'm sure if you get here early we can find things to do. Thats the last weekend of the Ren Fest. Plus there is Six FLags, Stone Mountain, or we can hit some of the local cemeteries. But I've heard Oakland Cemetery in Atl was hit really hard by the storms.

I emailed the drive in, The guy said he didn't know anything about it, it's hosted by one of the other guys there, but he said it will be Sunday June 1. I'm gonna see if I can find some more info.

You guys should come to the monster bash this year, it is our largest gathering, and some out of towners come as well.
So you could end up meeting many people from the board.
