i ran across this image a few years ago....it is what i want to do for a parade if i can locate a full size skeleton.

What time is it usually?

usually about mid day give or take an hour or two, you should be fine theoretically speaking if you wanted to go in the parade, hang for an hour or so then head out. if you run on the same schedule i used to you should be " aight"
