Anyone know anything about this hearse?

I know it is a caddy S&S. I don't know the year. The lady that owns it says there were only 100? made. Any info would be appreciated.

In that vintage, if I am not mistaken, it would have actually still been a Hess and Eisenhart. What year is it exactly and I will look it up in the good old black book!

I went to look for the true owner for the car, and to find out the year. The dude came out and sold it to me for a case of milwakees best. It is a 1947 Hess and Eisenhardt, but that is all I know. So if you got any other info it would be greatly appreciated.
