  • New Hearse hauler

Just got me a new tow rig for my car trailer. I needed something with room for the kids. I found a 1977 F-250 Supercab on CL for $600 and bought it. It has a few problems but nothing that can't be fixed. He sold me a seat for a 96 F-150 for $50, already swapped that in, much better ride now. I already moved my trailer so I can mow under it and have it easy to pull out when I get the money for some new tires, mine are dryrotted.

Of course it will also be hauling my 79 F-250 4x4 which is being religated to a trail truck.

    Here's a couple of pics.

Does it have the 351 or 460 in it?
I have a 77 Ford F-250 Supercab with the 351M/400 in it, but mine is a manual tranny.

It had a 460 but someone in there infinite wisdom replaced it with a 351M out of a 78 F-150.

I like my 351M. I beefed it up & it puts out 450 pounds of torque & 425 HP at the flywheel. It will pull almost anything with the Granny low gear box.

Here is mine after a cross country trip to Michigan.
