Looks like someone played a joke on a buddy.
We had a huge retention pond out behind my work and one day I drove a co-workers jeep out to the center of it and had someone get me with a boom lift. Left the jeep running surrounded by 20 feet of water on all sides. And the dumb ass walked through the 1-2 feet deep water and mud under it to get the jeep.

I don't know but with some kindlin' and diesel fuel it would make a dandy bonfire.
