    EXTREMELY rare Ambulance engine!!!

    Anyone know what kind of drivetrain I have pictured here? The car is a 1957 Superior Cadillac ambulance, but I'll be damned if I can find any numbers or build on this engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Doesn't appear to be a stock 365 and Hydromatic.

    Hard to tell. Parts of the top end appear to be missing.

      Ahaahaa! For the record fellas...no, That is not me. Is a good friend of mine who was giving me a hand breaking down the parts off the ambulance. Top end does seem a little worn though....and grill could use some attention too. Runs like a champ though!

          Looks like it might be a Bubba-Drive, would need to check where it was made and what type fuel it runs on to be sure.

            It just might BE a Bubba-Drive! Been running it on PBR and Little Kings...exhaust is a little rough but you'll have that. Give it too much fuel and it cuts out for awhile for some reason.
