  • Gun bans

I am sure most of you have figured it out by now that I am really into guns and very strongly in support of our 2nd amendment rights.
Right now, as I knew would happen, the 2nd amendment is under attack. Many on the left want to disarm the American public claiming it will make us safer, or protect our children. It's all crap! They want to disarm us to push their agenda without fear of resistance.
Our politicians know why the 2nd amendment was written, it has nothing to do with hunting or sport shooting. All you have to do is read the writings of the founding fathers to understand it. The American people were meant to be the militia, we were meant to keep arms equal to the government that we may rise up and rid ourselves of a corrupt government. So why do so many in Washington want to get rid of our guns? What are they really up to?

This past week 5 new gun control bills were introduced in Congress. As far as I am concerned 4 of the 5 SHOULD lead to revolution as OUR government over steps it's authority.
The worst bill was introduced by the vomit spewing hag Dianne Feinstein. Her bill bans pump action and semi-auto shotguns, all semi-auto handguns capable of holding more than 10 rounds, all semi-auto rifles with detachable magazines, and many other firearms. It also bans new magazines with over 10 round capacity.
You will be allowed to keep those offending guns you already own but they will have to be inspected by your local police, a new background check done for each gun AND each magazine over 10rd, then registered with our corrupt government and a $200 tax paid on each. Of course once that list of registered guns and magazines is made it will only be a matter of time before another massacre happens (because bans DO NOT stop criminals) and ALL those guns are rounded up.

Feincunts bill can be read here.

I urge anyone who believes in freedom to write their representatives in congress and demand that no new gun control be enacted.
    http://www.congress.org/congressorg/...046526&type=ML

Passing new laws only hurts law abiding citizens, criminals ignored the old laws and will ignore any new ones.
This bill of feinswines will turn millions of law abiding citizens into criminals as they refuse to comply, and eventually lead to bloodshed.
I will not register or surrender my weapons, and if they come for them I will not be the only one who dies that day! Molon Labe!

Why we need high capacity magazines.
    LOGANVILLE, Ga. —

A woman hiding in her attic with children shot an intruder multiple times before fleeing to safety Friday

This happened within 10 miles of several Dead-ends members.
What if there had been 2 intruders? or if she had missed a few times and he kept coming?

Before schools became gun free zones, there were two mass shootings, since schools were declared gun free, there have been 20. So we can see how effective these gun laws are.

My thoughts are shoot to kill and no body, no crime.

i would encourage everyone to call also. i've called the DC offices of my rep as well as the georgia senators. i think i'm going to try and call boehner's office tomorrow. Congressional staffers are usually young kids that are pretty nice, so don't be afraid to call.

Here are some interesting reads on this issue.
This one is by former delta force operator Paul Howe, who was involved in the black hawk down incident and is now an instructor.
He damn near lays out the plan for a resistance movement.

This one is by a gun owning liberal who gets it.

I have heard of this guy but not real familiar with him. I like what he says though.

            Another good read.

i'm not so sure about his argument about local law enforcment not wanting to confiscate guns. perhaps it depends upon where you live:

By the way, most of the mass shootings in school, have people who have been taking psychotropic drugs. By the way, whne it came to "Fast and Furious"m, where was the outrage from the gun grabbers, for the Government allowing guns to fall into the hands of criminals?

There was no outrage, because they hoped that the endgame of that little move would be calls for stricter gun control. it's kind of like that new york newspaper that published the map of gun owners. they apparently hate guns, but not if they are in fear for their life, then they will hire armed guards to protected their offices... guards that are ostensibly armed with the very guns they hate?

I don't think most of the anti-gun people out there are worried about trying to prevent armed rebellion/revolt. We have a big problem in our society for knee-jerk legislation that doesn't actually accomplish anything every time enough people are worried about something. I see this no different than some of the crazy stuff people want to implement over pitbulls, video games, alcohol etc. Also anytime children are involved rationality is more likely to be thrown out the window.

I wouldn't expect any government attempts to control the supply side of tangible material like guns to last very long in this century; with advances in 3d printing it is only a matter of time before normal every day consumers can start "downloading" and printing out their own firearms at home. The wikigun project was in the news a few weeks ago for suffering a malfunction on the 6th shot, but hell that's five shots that consumers may soon be able to get without any governmental oversight using a plastic receiver. Wait until metal 3d printing is affordable & practical for the masses.

Yeah but Feinstein had that bill already written before the school shooting, and has tried to introduce other gun ban legislation in the past.
I will agree on the knee jerk reactions in this country but there is more to it than that.

The 3d printing thing is really cool, and you are right it's only a matter of time before it's affordable for everyone. They just need to get better polymers to use in the printers and the gun parts would hold together, or make them thicker.

All of the recent shenanigans have left me wishing my ar could do 7.62x54. I hope the 3d printing technology gets far enough along to address that deficiency.

All bad ideas have to come from somewhere. i.e. There was very little about the patriot act that was a new idea. Enough people wanted something done so they expanded powers that had been created in the past to deal with organized crime [rico] to make it look like they were doing something about the "terrorism problem."

After Columbine Hillary & Lieberman wanted to implement FCC-style regulation of video games, and take titles like doom off the market. Fucking civil liberties, how do they work?
