        I'm going to recommond what this site has posted as well:

        "do your homework, learn about the details and contact your representative, act locally, raise awareness."

        I'm glad they posted this. Epetitons really don't do anything, but a well placed call or letter to your local representative will. If you are serious about the protection of the second amendment, I highly recommend becoming active by researching your area's current laws and regulations on gun control and possible future laws that will affect it.

          To few people do thier homework on anything that goes on in this country. Most people just go through life thinking politics is unimportant and boring and that thier opinion does not matter.

              It's not going to make a bit of difference what you do. If the government wants to do something, they'll do it. If it makes you feel good, go ahead and sign the petitions, but you're just going to be bummed out later.
