WoW!!! Concrete is porous??? Who'd thunk it???

After all these years i thought people painted the bottoms of their concrete pools with rubberized paint to make them look pretty and to feel nice on your feet. I would've never thought it would've actually helped the water from seeping out. lmao

Maybe they thought water seeped out of concrete but couldn't possibly seep in. lol
