Actually yes, that's an upcoming fanfilm by a guy named Hank Braxton. Hank and I met briefly in New York when I was still doing stuff with Troma. He's got lots of cool short films including Freddy Vs. the Ghostbusters (which is also set in Denver) but my favorite of his is "Illegal Aliens VS. Predator" -
