    After 30 years of being a fair skinned redhead, that when I go outdoors I'm like a fork in a microwave and should ALWAYS put on sunscreen before I do anything.

    Fuck no.

    Went out riding yesterday - met up with Tony for some grub (firehouse subs are the shit), headed to Monroe to go to the tag office (which was closed) then just all over creation for no reason.

    I get home and I look like I've been arc welding with nothing but a pair of horn rimmed glasses on - and the fronts of my legs are burnt like hell. Brilliant - just brilliant.

    I'll put on some sunscreen before we roll out here in a few.

          I can't ride much during the day anyway-SUX-especially today. I went to a bike show less than 2 miles from home, then had to sit inside the whole time. Now I'm headin to the gym with a sweatshirt on.
