I talked to the gentleman again tonight. He has an appointment at Uhaul to see if they can get a car dolly to work for it, if not.. They are going to drive it 600 miles here. I am counting minutes......

Ok, the gentleman called about an hour ago. Uhaul hooked it up to his truck, although they had to remove the front bumper. From what he told me he has a Ford F-150, unless he found a bigger truck. It is 610 miles from his house to mine, normally a 9 hour drive towing a normal car. I am thinking he will be 12 hours.

(About the Uhaul) I know huh?
Anyway, I just spoke to him on the phone, he is in the Rock Springs now. That is all the way up from Colorado Springs. He is only about 2 1/2 hours away, right now. WOOOOHOOOOO. There is one thing, he can't find the title. But said I can keep the title to my car he is taking until he gets another title for the coach.

Ok so it was a tow bar... AND they made him buy it. He gave it to me. Here are a few pics as it is dark and cold outside. Also, the driveshaft came loose? broke? somethingwhile they were towing it. Thye caught it in time, looks like it needs a new yolk. SHe sounds great.

They should have unbolted the driveshaft from the rearend, or completely remove it if im not mistaken. I always been told not to tow something by the drive wheels cause it can tear up the tranny. Just what i've been told. Car looks awesome!

You are totally correct, my husband said they should have done that. But it is no biggy, he can fix it. Thanks, I am in awe.. the car is in darn near show quality condition and all I traded them was a 94 toyota 4-runner limited.
