I was watching a special on that a few nights ago. I heard some towns can only use water for like 3 hours and other towns have patrols who will shut your water off if you are not using it properly...and change you over a grand to turn it back on.

you know what's going to happen - after the water runs out in atlanta, people will turn into water sucking zombies - instead of eating your brains they will suck all the moisture out of you.

Here in AZ, your water bill goes up exponentially with the amount you use, so a few drops can cost you ten bucks.
