When I lift either arm forward or out to the side, it hurts like like helll.
My doctor told me that that the top of the bone was too close to the shelf and to swing a 5# weight forward and back like a pendulum. It hurts like hell now after 2-3 weeks, even worse, and I can't afford the copay on a physical therapist.
Any ideas?
