All of the paperwork for the new corporation came in yesterday, even the cutesy little embosser that puts a seal on paperwork. Now I have to start two bank accounts with our EIC (if I can find it), run a newpaper ad, file tax forms, get credit cards, read through four books about this stuff that they sent, etc.

Has anyone ever set up an LLC before? I'd like to know what I have to do first and get stuff prioritized. I'm supposed to have no stress in my life for medical reasons, but from the looks of all of these boxes from FedEx, it may not work out that way.
