Well that's not really a smart ass camera guy, that's basically a studio set up with a controll board, all live broadcasts are taped, even when not "on air" so someone (a smart ass no doubt lol) just took that clip from the b-roll and uploaded it.

But I can speak from experience that when you're trying to read prompter and there are a bunch of asshats moving around behind, below, and beside the camera (especially on a set where you turn from one cam to the other, and are cued to do so) it can distract you and throw you off....which pisses you off, and you let them know it in the next break.
