My wife (vampcat1313) and I are going for Saturday. May stay the night or just drive home the same night. Only about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs away.

I've checked other hotels on the same street as the host hotel. You can walk to the holiday inn express.

These are the rates for a standard king room non-smoking w/ tax.

For check-in on Friday and check out on Monday (3 nights)

Days Inn - $271.03
Wingate - $280.47
Holiday Inn Express (host hotel) - $322.05

Really cheap o's
Quality Inn - $237.27
Rodeway Inn - $162.39
*these 2 hotels kind of scare me! (don't look very clean)

We stayed at the Staybridge on Bay St. last summer. Very nice, still within walking distance. I don't think the parking valets can park hearses.

Sorry Hellcat, I thought the host hotel was the Holiday Inn Express on Bay. I see its the one at I-95. Dont know where we are staying yet. Call vampcat and ya'll work out the details. I just show up when and where I'm told. I'm ready to hunt some Zombies. Aim for the head.
