Photo shop help :)

Ok, all you computer experts. On more than 1 occasion I have admitted that I am a little computer not so friendly.
Will one of you kind souls "photo shop" this man's face on this bird? It is an inside joke and we are going to frame it and give it to him (insert punchline here)

Ok, how come when I right click it, it saves as the original bird?

He probably didn't rename it when he made the change. When you do a save as you can rename the file to whatever you want. (i.e. bird2, newbird, birdman, etc...)

No, the picture itself goes back to the original image when I save it to "my pictutures"
