Tony says Hi. He's in Atlanta now.

I didn't realize what big plans he has. He wants to have a hundred trucks or more. I thought that Atlanta might be a good place to build our first terminal. Anyone have any comments about how much land is, how far from the city to be zoned industrial, etc.? Obviously we would something close to the freeway. Tony said some places have luxury taxes and weird things like that, so is there anything stupid, costly or restrictive that I should know about?

If anyone has any ideas, thoughts, or brain farts, please send them my way. Our first terminal would probably for 5-10 trucks. Wow, I can't think anymore. The extra medicine from the fall off the ladder has me seeing dancing Michael Jacksons in my text.

You don't want to start a business inside the city of Atl, they will eat you alive in taxes. Best to go to a surrounding county, but I have no idea which one would be best.
