Well everyone has played the one where you shoot the casket...but here are a few more.

This one has a very nicely designed coach. Probably the best detail I have seen on a hearse in a game.

This page has two different hearse related games you can download. Battle Hearse and Hearse Driver(along with other ghoulish titles). I have yet to play these and will review them soon!

Right but I didn't see him post a link to it. It's been posted here before and on another form I frequent a while ago.

its not an on line game but just that i know of few games that have some hearses in em. Couple of the Grand Theft Auto games have em and i baught one called Test Drive: Eve of Destruction to where you can use a hearse in it for demo derbys, needless to say ive gotten quite good at using that on there lol

And don't forget good ole Mortimer driving "shadow" in the twisted metal series(starting with TM2).
