My back left window on my Caddie was sticking horribly (they are power) on the way up and down. It would not go up, or down without depressing switch while grabbing window and "jigging it" violently back and forth with some decent force until it reached up or down. I take the panel off oil every moving gear, track, wheel, or any other moving part I see with 3n1 oil then a dowsing coat of wd40. It now smoothly goes up and down as if it was close to new. I was shocked, I didn't touch one tool. Amazing what a little preventive maintenance and simple solutions will do for an old fuckin car. The other window is stuck however, gotta get the tools out for that one, better one than both.

You might wanna go back and re-oil the parts again. WD40 is a penatrant, it cleans out the gunk, rust, oil and grease. So they will be dry again shortly. Use some good grease on all the moving parts. Grease stays on longer than oil does.
