Here are three questions. If you can answer them all correctly, you've busted the myth that bikers are idiots.
Suppose you are going down the road on a totally fictional bike (to make the numbers come out even...a little estimating is OK), with 1.5" between the spokes at the rim, at a 10" radius, going 60 mph, and someone fires a .357 Magnum that just barely grazes your rim, going 1450 fps at the time. There is a certain percentage of a chance that the bullet, which we'll make 0.75" long, will hit a spoke, or pass between them...or can it?
Here are the questions...
1.) Did you remember to turn your gas valve on?
2.) Did you remember to put your feet down when you stopped at the light?
3.) Did you open up Windows calculator and actually consider wasting your time working this stupid math problem? I know of at least two people here who could solve it, but I damned sure wouldn't waste my time doing it.
