  • Taillight Identify

My friend was looking to buy a set of taillights on ebay for his C-Cab hearse project. The item ended right in the middle of the Charleston Rod Run and we completely forgot to go back to the hotel and check on the auction before it ended, so he ended up losing them. The lights look to me like they might have been an aftermarket item at one point.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone recognizes them in any way and might have some info. I would like to be able to find another set for him. Here are the pics from the auction...

    Thanks

Here's a link to Total Performance... they are the leaders in the hotrodding industry for T-bucket kits & accessories. They sell a similar taillight in both polished brass & chrome... the link is for their brass taillight lanterns but they also have chrome. I had a set on my T-bucket, well made & durable! They would look good on that C-cab hearse project! BTW there's also "Iron cross" shaped taillights available through motorcycle shops such as Iron Pony & others that look fantastic & really let ya make a statement. Too bad you missed those lights on Ebay... I've seen them before but cannot find a manufacturer for you... sorry! Here's the link to Total Performance: http://www.tperformance.com/street_r..._taillamp_kit/

Thanks for the info. He is aware of those taillights. In fact he has a set on his T-bucket. However, he was wanting to go with something different for the C-Cab project.

And as an update, I believe I have found out where these lights come from. From what I have been able to find so far these seem to be made by custom bike builder Ron Finch.
