  • Attention ALL gun owners...

This was just e-mailed to me & I thought i'd better share it with everyone... isn't it wonderful to live in a country were nowdays it seems all our government can do is figure out ways to tax the hell out of smokers & gun owners?

Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It may require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. This bill was introduced on Feb.. 24. This bill will become public knowledge 30 days after it is voted into law. This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all.
The full text of the proposed amendment is on the U.S. Senate homepage, http://www.senate.gov/ You can find the bill by doing a search by the bill number, SB-2099. You know who to call or e-mail; I strongly suggest you do. Please send a copy of this e-mail to every gun owner you know.

After I changed my underware I googled sb 2099 and came up with this... and ordered another thousand rounds (which is backordered)

Would a pending Senate bill require that all handgun owners list their guns on federal income tax returns?

Here is a pic of my latest,

            Cost me all of $20.

I doubt it will be claimed. I traded an ECU for it.

I have no income, and therefore am not required to file. I guess if they want to take my guns, they'll have to pay me my disability.

Fuckie fuckie fuckie anyway. I'm already licensed to carry...they know I have at least one. At least I think I have it...damn...I can't find it. Maybe it got stolen or something. Oh fuckie fuckie no, I don't have any drop guns that can be traced back to a biker meet either.

I'm about to go to prison for wiretapping anyway, so it doesn't really matter. I doubt they're gonna let me keep them.

I am licensed to carry also...concealed... but I didn't have to have a gun to do so....Non-professional permit does not require range qualification..... Got to love Iowa...
