  • I'm Back....

Damn it took the Geek Squad a month and a half to fix my computer. After having it a month, they sent it to the service center where they replaced the hard drive, motherboard, and processor. It seems to be working good now, just have to figure out how to get all my settings back to the way I had them. Anything better than 800x600 and screen starts flashing. I have to log in amd when I hit new posts I have to relog, I know there is a way to fix that but can't remember it right now. It is just the little things that I have to work out. But at least I am back.

Best buy is full of idiots, and it seems like the most incompetent ones get to work in the squad.

Is that all they had to replace? And it took them a month to do it? I could have done that in three hours.

Perhaps you need to install your video driver.

And yes, Best Buy is full of idiots, whether you go to the geek squad counter or not.

Downloaded the new video drivers and IE 8.0 and still have the flashing screen. And for some reason this site never holds my log in info, all my other forums do. Hate to take it back to the Geeks.

Riff Raff? Riff Raff? I used to know a Riff Raff. He went to ATL for Monsterbash with me in 08. I didn't think he had any more hearses, after Dorchester County got ahold of his ass.
Glad you are back. You didn't miss much.

Fuck those guys, mail it to me and you'll get it back sooner lol.

Maybe try upping your refresh rate. Use a program called multires for quick access to that and other things. You can google it.
