Possible car trailer?

My grandparents in Oklahoma just died, and they had a 34-foot Rolls trailer parked in the woods. I'm told that it has been vandalized, but if the trailer frame is OK, I am wondering if it would be worth my while to build a car hauler out of it. Has anyone tried it? I'm not sure how much weight the frame can hold.
