godaddy.com sucks shit

Is this a porn site? With so much crap on the page, it's hard to tell. I tried to renew my domain with them, and after logging in a dozen or so times to put in numbers, and at least 20 emails from their support staff, I still haven't gotten them to cancel the order. I will probably end up having to dispute the credit card charge. They charged me $20 and then refused to renew the domain until I put in some more numbers, and so on, until I finally told them to fuck off. DirectNIC renewed it instantly, no problems. Why some people feel the need to be such a pain in the ass, I will never know. This is the sort of bullshit that led Tony to drop out of the computer field and drive a truck.

I use DirectNic and have never had an issue. This isn't the first complaint I have heard about goDaddy though...

I use godaddy, but I'm pretty well used to it so it takes me like 10 seconds to renew a domain or buy new ones.
