starting feb 5th, if you can't be in New Orleans, you can still catch all the chaos and debauchery your heart desires. 
watch all the uptown New Orleans parades live from Fat Harry's at the corner of St. Charles and Napoleon Avenues beginning friday, February 5, 2010.
and here's a link to all the schedules so you know when a parade will be rolling. any that say "uptown" will appear on the webcam. and FYI... it usually takes the parades about 30 minutes after the start time to reach the area where the webcam is.
also, here's a link to the BourboCam on Bourbon Street. you don't even need a parade to be rolling to catch action on this one (but the action won't really start until Feb 5th).
the first one that will be rolling past that camera though will be Krewe of Cork on Feb 5th after 3pm.
