How was your weekend?

Mine was decent. Got up and ran a 5k saturday morning (was muggy as fuck), had awesome food, took a nap, discovered a bunch of really cool things about wordpress I wasn't aware of.

Sunday edged the yard, went to my niece and nephew's birthday party, went berserk with a bunch of water guns and ate an awesome steak for dinner.

I give it an 8 out of 10 for good weekend.

Hi Mine was busy - working as a DJ had a fairly quiet Friday night (50th birthday party) the guests had travelled in from some distance, nobody really got stuck into dancing 'til nearly the end... The lady came to pay me and said what a fantastic night she'd had and gave me £10.00 Tip.... Yehhh...!
Saturday Big 21st Birthday party, party games to start for the children, with balloons,games & presents, then music video's, lasers, moving heads the whole show, masses of chart & party tunes.... nobody came to say thanks.... nobody came to see if I wanted some buffet.... why is it so hard for some people just to say thanks?
Sunday, 30 mile drive into the country for a two hour children's party - lovely people, great kids, (and a nice paypacket at the end of the weekend) came home, watched the edited highlights of England vs. USA (England played rubbish.. and America did really well) then went to bed after some chilli & garlic bread.

reunited with my long lost bass player to work on some music, then hit lake allatoona on his boat for some boating and swimming.

Went camping in Westminster, SC, on the edge of the Chatooga River. Nice peaceful weekend, after a weekend in ATL.

Tried to stay out of the rain.... Missed all the car shows, races and BBQ's I had planned for this weekend. So stayed in bed and started watching the first season of Supernatural. I still have 5 esispodes to go before I finish the first season. So needless to say I had a "fun" weekend. Hope everyone elses was better.

I drove, I slept, I dropped, hooked, drove, slept, drove, slept, crashed, survived, went to hotel.

Was supposed to be in Vegas for a day or two, partying and maybe promoting some of my karaoke material, but I didn't quite make it.

Drove the hearse all over town trying to visit/hang out with somebody Saturday. Four stops, four folks not home.
Did get to see Joe Ely play to about a hundred people at a Unitarian church Saturday night. Hung out after the show and got to visit with him awhile, pretty cool guy.......
