Interesting point about drugs that old people use. Poll results in California seem to indicate that if more old people were dead, the vote to legalize marijuana would have swung the other way. People in their 50's and 60's were all for it, but 70's and up were mostly against it. By the time I'm in my late 60's, I could be smoking legal marijuana!

We will soon have medical marijuana in AZ as well, and yes, I'm eligible for several reasons. It really is wonderful stuff for what-ails-you. Unfortunately, in the career field that I'm stuck with, for now, I can't get away with smoking it.

Yes, for anyone who hasn't watched the movies, I think that Marijuana: Assassin of Youth is the funniest one. In fact, sometimes I think that it was made by a bunch of pot smokers who wanted to see if the government would even realize that they were being smartassed. For instance, the anti-pot hero, Art Brighton, smokes dope almost continuously throughout the picture. The end result of this massive propaganda campaign is that people wanted pot illegal because "it was the killer weed from hell", not for any valid reason, and most of the old folks still feel that way. They're too old to change their minds, they just need to die out and let common sense prevail.
