You have to love where it's located. it looks like one of those wilderness areas one used to see in Marlboro cigarette commercials. Finding it looks challenging, and I imagine pulling it out would be tough as well. What I'm seeing is the next horror film, where a psycho lures stupid people with money to an isolated location, tempting them with something no sane person would pay that much for. Muah ha ha hah ha!
