  • I'm gonna puke...

I seriously don't mind modified hearses. Hell, I'm gonna modify one of my 61's. At least do it well if you're gonna do it. But THIS...

I'd buy it for $500 just to strip the commercial parts off of it.

So was it a caddy camper that he gutted or did he try to make one?

Wow, I've seen my share of hack jobs, but what this guy did to the 1/4 panels, borders on criminal...

Ok, I'm confused. Under the heading Seller's payment instructions he has...

"PLESE NO DEAD BEAT BUYERS, OR BIDDERS"

If I read this correctly, not only does he not want deadbeat buyers, but apparently he doesn't want any bidders either.

Maybe someone should've convince him not to have any deadbeat sellers. Then maybe, way we wouldn't have been subjected to such a horror and she could've rotted quietly and maintained what dignity she had left.

Abusing the language like this should be punishable.

What that dude did to this car should have just ended with a trip to the crusher to put it out of it's misery.

Wow, that would make any hearse enthusiast sick, to think they chopped her up to put a camper on her to begin with, then offer her for sale without the camper even..........what a waste of good old American iron, there really is nothing left worthwhile.....he would have to pay me to take it off his hands.....

Though there aren't very clear pictures of it, the windshield might be good. All of the front clip, windshield moulding, dash, door panels, window frames, fender skirts, door hinges, rear tail light pods and rear bumper center section are commercial chassis only, as is most of the suspension. Well worth saving the parts for another 61 or 62. If only I lived closer...

Reading that ebay description made me cringe. He totally butchered the English language.

"1961 CADILLAC HEARST 60 62 HOT ROD RAT ROD JOLOPY RARE!"
