I saw that one the other day, it makes me nervous because i've seen that same picture on other hearse sites (and you can tell it's an old image) so everyone use caution if you pursue this one.
Also notice it has an automatic transmission... these Superiors all used a LaSalle 3-speed manual tranny with column shift in the commercial chassis. Automatics were in their infancy back in 1950 so the manual trannys were put in the coaches due to the extra weight, at least that's what i've read. My '51 Superior had the LaSalle manual tranny too.
