No. Flxible built exclusively on Buick platform.

'63 is operative portion of question. I'll assume that you intended American coach builders on '63 Cadillac chassis. (There were a few abroad, notably in Netherlands and Philippines.) And since you didn't state commercial chassis (or professional car)...Victor comes to mind.

As far as 63 coaches, sold in the states, those were the only company building Cadillac Chassis Coaches. The last Eurerka coaches were built in 1964.
