  • Cheap hearse shipping!

I found this guy through some other hearse owners and wanted to put the word out. He has great rates and comes highly recommended - Rusty Schneider phone number 314-691-1538

    **********EDIT*****************PLEASE READ****

Well shit, I would have liked to have given this guy high marks but after he quoted me a price I could never get him to return my calls. I've called him and left like 7 messages over the past two weeks none of which he has bothered to return so I guess I am going to have to formally rescind any recommendation I could have given him as I think it's a pretty lousy business practice to not return phone calls.

Rusty and his brother Randy have towed several of my hearses. Often they charge less than the cost of GAS to go get it. They are great people to work with, and will take care of your baby.

I had the same problem Zach had. Couldn't contact him. I waited a month for DAS to get off their a$$ and move a 75 Superior Caddy about 450 miles. Finally, unannounced, a driver shows up ready to move it. Just by pure luck, the guy on the other end showed up at home to give him access to the car! Any way $584 and one month waiting, I've got it! The price of diesel is kicking ass.

I have a few companies I use for auto transportation. The one we have listed in our system for US transport is Auto Driveaway http://www.autodriveaway.com/locations.aspx
There's also a couple of companies I use for the US east coast. I will say that with the rising cost of fuel, some of the transport companies are now increasing their fees.

This guy is THE least expensive and Hardest Working Shipper I have ever found

This guy I recently used was the best so far. He is from Denver Colorado, just don't screw him over or flake out on the job because he drives for so little. Its best if you are from the Denver area. How cheap is of course subjective, but to quantify this, I have done business with dozens of nationwide shippers in the past few years and he was easily the cheapest. I've used him twice already.

                Anyway, Give him a try

We want to buy a portable parking lot, but we don't have the cash, and we would need another tractor and a responsible CDL driver (the latter is harder to find), or we would lose our Swift and DSL contracts. There is ALWAYS someone looking for car hauling, so I think we could make some money, if I coordinated the loads correctly.
