Sorry, I don't mean to come on here and bash other forums, but this just blows me away. Could there be another organization out there that goes so far out of their way to annoy people that are interested in what they have to say? How sad!

I have posted once since the rant when they decided to change everything and that was because of Carolyn's passing. I have had alot of dealings with the PCS (was once a member) and they are some great people, individually. But when they get together in large groups, they seem to lose sight of things and proceed to shoot themselves in the foot ..... alot.

You know, I actually tried to join a forum that was far FAR worse, the Cadillac Owners Forum. I figured shit, they've got millions of posts and quite a few members that are hearse owners, AWESOME!

So I go to register, enter all my info and get a message telling me that I can't register if I have a Yahoo, Hotmail or free email account, I need to have an ISP based account because of people who use those accounts to register and spam their boards. Ok, fine. I can do that.

I get an AOL account, go to make my first post and I get a message that the post has been flagged as spam AS I AM POSTING IT! So I try to post it AGAIN and it tells me it's a duplicate.

Ok...getting irritated. So I figured, fuck it. While maybe I'll just go find users with "Hearse" in their username or interests and I find one named "Hearsegirl". Well damn, can't go wrong there, this user has two of my favorite things in her username, I'll send her a message! NO I WON'T! Because I have to make 30 POSTS in order to be able to send a private message! Well how am I going to post 30 topics on the board when they are getting flagged as spam literally the second I hit submit!?

Screw that, I can't be dealing with that, I've got big important things to be doing...wait, no I don't, that's part of the reason I am on the internet all the time, I don't have anything going on...shit. Well screw it anyway.

must be the new running gag @ most forums these days ..... I co-moderate a forum called coffintalk ... and most of the afore mentioned free email systems R my chief source of troublemakers with the exception of yahoo ...

but what makes me especially phoney Gmail accounts ...I mean who do these think they R kidding
