Really like the Reaper's lamp - how it blends into the opra light. This was really cool idea.
As for overall, I'd keep the Reaper section and just a little around him - and forget the rest.

Well...

You say it's predictable but how many hearses have you seen with this paint job? Out of all the searches I have done this would be the only one I have seen. And what better car to have this theme on than a hearse???

You didn't look very hard. I can think of 4 right off the top of my head.

Grim Reapers on hearses is as predictable as naked ladies on lowriders. (not that I have anything against naked ladies)
