Big favor to ask, please help!

I'm REALLY needing reference pictures of the interior floor under the casket table, and the bottom side of a casket table, of any 3 way hearse. I have a modeling project going, and I'm planning to make it into a 3 way with opening doors, and a casket table that will swing out the sides, and back. Please help if you can, I want to make this as realistic as possible. Thank you!

i think there were some pictures posted a couple of months ago.

There's basically a tubular steel framework that supports the casket table. and the floor pans from the front extend part-way into the back, where usually the spare tire and church truck are kept.

I'm trying to figure out how the table runs through the hearse. What I want to do is make a working casket and table for this build. I'll see if I can't locate the pics you mentioned.
