Those wheels will fit, but stock rims may not hold the weight. Sure they can hold up a hearse but cornering loads and such put alot more of a load on them than a regular truck or car will. My 74 had rims looked like they were "reversed" but my 75's rims look normal. From what I have learned, these are both stock rims, just different styles.

It appears that your wheels are either 15" x 8" or 15" x 7" with a reverse backspacing but your pics are so small I can't tell for sure. Are they "Wheel Vintiques" brand steel wheels with center caps? Those wheels look deeper than originals even without trim rings. I agree with Riffraff in his above statement... everything you read about hearses recommends checking the load capacity of ANY wheel you install on your coach. Most people stay with stock steel wheels as they are solid & welded together almost 100% of their diameter unlike mag wheels.

I popped on of those center caps off Sunday night. They were held on by some black rubber gasket sealant goo! They wont pop on the rim at all, they were just rigged to stay on!
I don't know what kind of rims these are. I will try to take a picture of them today or tomorrow and post it and get some advice.
Thanks for all the info!
