parts washer

I'm in the market for a 20 gal parts washer. The kind that is mounted on 4 legs and stands in a corner of the garage. I talked to a gal over the phone from harbor freight. She sais the parts washer does not come with solvent. Then she said that a gallon of the stuff was 10 bucks. Is this true?

That be true. You only need about 5 gallons as it will be continuously cycled through the pump.
