    Update:
So I decided to take it to the body shop that Gieco is a part of. I had set it up on Saturday (f last) with the agent via the phone. They said they had a slot open at 8:20 am Monday morning but to call the shop to make sure. So Monday comes along and I call said shop only to find that the adjuster that is in charge of the claim has gone on vacation for a week. So they give me another person handling his claims. This woman just has a voice mail box. I leave three messages over a two hour span, not return calls. Finally she calls me back and said that the Body Shop manager has declined to work on the Hearse because they could not guarantee the work. Fine whatever...I call my backup which was my first choice. He says to bring it right down and he will start same day. He even drove me to the rental car place to pick up my Gieco rent-a-wreck. I'm happy, he's happy...off to get her fixed by Friday.
So today I get a call from a Gieco rep who is standing by my Hearse telling me that because there is prior body rot repair, they will not authorize any additional work done to make it right again. This is crap as even the original body shop guy said that what the labor estimate from Gieco was not a realistic time quote for the repair.
More tomorrow as I am falling to sleep writing this.

Sorry for the delay. I met with the adjuster that same day to discuss the repairs. She said they would not authorize the extra cost because it would be in better shape then it was before the accident. She claimed the repair that was done to the rear quarter panels was not to industry standards. She said she was surprised that it held up to our everyday use. I was appalled they would not fix the dent because it would be "better" than before the impact. Pissed off I insisted the work was fine and kicked the good side with all my might! It didn't budge nor did anything fall off. She ended the conversation right there! I got a call from her boss later asking what happened because she took the rest of the day off. Opps.
Now a week later, the dent is repaired with a steel insert and fresh paint. I still can not get a lawyer to take the case do to no injury, but hey, she fixed...I'll count my blessings on this one. Thansk to all who helped with this thread.

Awwww she had to take the day off after talking to you huh? Just imagine the nerve of you... paying monthly insurance BASED PARTIALLY on your CREDIT RATING even when you pay on time every month, and being involved in an accident that was NOT your fault being hit by a drunk!!! And then you expect the insured coach to be fixed as well! I can see why she was so upset... too bad. It's such a shame insurance companies rule the world silently. They make the decisions on how you are to be treated in a hospital, tell your dentist how much every procedure can cost, offer your employer insurance breaks to treat you like a criminal with random drug testing where you're guilty until proven innocent at any given time, and that whole insurance rate based on credit score thing I never understood. I've argued that one several times, what does your credit score have to do with your car insurance? If you pay your premimums on time & are a safe driver it's none of their business! "Oh... lookie here... in the past 7 years Mr. Brooks you were 2-3 days late paying your Sears charge card 3 times & your cellphone 2 times... your premimum is now $127 per month as a result of a lower credit score." Yeah... that makes me a huge RISK driving my fucking car huh... even though i've never had a claim, been involved in an accident, had 1 speeding ticket in 5 years, and pay my insurance on time every month as required by Ohio law? Get bent!!! Ok i feel better... and so glad to hear your coach is all repaired now...
