  • Cadillac Parts, Hearse or not, best selection

I have been, as well as many others on this board, looking for old Caddy parts that are virtually impossible to locate. Here is some help. I found a boneyard in Phoenix Az. that has parts for Caddy's dating back to the late 50's. I'm not talking about crap parts either. The owners are Caddy drivers & one owned a Caddy hearse. They ship anywhere & the prices are low, even lower that I thought.

    Here is the info:
    AA National Auto Parts
    Phones: 602 272-5331
    800 OLD-JUNK
    Fax: 602 233-2079
    Email: CadillacParts555@yahoo.com

I bought the chrome 2 piece strip on the center of my hood & the aluminum strip around the backside of my hood & 2 double window switches for $70. All the parts looked as good or better than new. They can even get the hard to find parts such as the rear fin crumple parts (Fiberglass inserts between body & tail light).

Also, if you are burning up for factory starters on your Big Block Caddy motors, RobbMc Perfomance has the mini gear reduction starters at a great price with a great warranty; 90 days no questions & 50% for the life of the car. In a year if it fries, you get another starter for around $100. You can even by the replacement parts to fix the consumables on the starter.

Don't know if this helps anyone, but these places sure have helped me.

Here is a picture of the RobbMc starter compared to the factory Cadillac starter.

The new starter requires a little work to put in, but nothing terribly difficult. It requires a 2 gauge starter wire, you need to rotate the silenoid to clear manifold (easily done, designed to move), & shim the starter both vertical & horizontal to the block.

It starts much faster, weighs a lot less & doesn't hang nearly as low.
