door sill trim

my car has quite a few pieces of this trim like this one that are used in the door sills. it appears generic, and was timmed to fit the location.

anyone still making this trim? is something similar available? i am looking for (4) pieces of this.

If you do find it, I'm going to need some for my buick project - after a few minutes of f'ing around with the 58 year old screws that hold those plates in place, I ended up just ripping them off and cutting the screw heads off with the plasma - so mine are pretty well ruined.
