  • looking for a period correct gurney

    i have a 1969 pontiac ambulance and i am looking for period-close gurney. i can find gurneys on ebay and in various places on the net, but i dont know which is is more period correct. anyone know or know of a way i can find out? thanks.

    You're in luck, the Ferno-Washington Model 30 Cot (gurney) is common for your coach and period correct. They show up all the time relatively cheap for sale on ebay... but you may want to look for one local since shipping would be expensive. Here's a pic of one in a '67 Pontiac ambo...

      I think I have a 30, minus the pad. Where are you located?

        i am in IL, but i would like to find one complete with a pad. shipping costs dont bother me much especially if the cot cost is reasonable.

          a sheet would cover the pad, so can you have a pad made at a upholstry shop?
