I almost owned a '49 - '50 Henney Packard hearse back in April. Was all set up to go pick it up in Indiana until the rules changed. It was sitting at the back of what used to be a clearing, and trees had sprouted up everywhere. The owners of the property wouldn't allow any of them to be cut down to remove the coach so anything shy of a helicopter airlift was out of the question. There were other stipulations too. Would have liked to save it but the whole deal got too complicated.
