well I was thinking about putting some different headlights in my car because I never liked sealed beams and while at the junkyard I saw the perfect parts. Now my car has projectors and maybe HIDs soon. I have not painted the extra set of trim and headlight shrouds to match yet or wired it up but I have one side ready.

I'll give you a heads up if you haven't already thought about it. If you are using your existing headlight switch the extra amps that these lights will pull will melt down your headlight switch. I put a set of after market H4 conversion headlights in my '72 and melted the switch out of mine. So after I bought a new switch, I wired relays in so that the switch only activates the relays which doesn't pull much amps at all, and the main power for the lights comes straight from the battery on a heavier gauge wire.
Then shortly after I got that set up, I bought HID conversion kits for the H4s and now I have HID. Now when the high beams are on all four lights I get daylight. I can attract mosquitoes from the next county.
