I am trying to knock out the "low hanging fruit" while I save up for the new windshield.
($1200 after shipping, and tax, minus the gasket, which is another $200 with shipping and tax.) I will tackle all of the little things first as the parts and pieces come available and budget allows.
I received the rear loading door glass for my hearse yesterday and it will be a perfect fit! (Thank you Gameover.) I can finally get rid of the ill fitting piece of broken lexan that was stuffed in there! Now the hunt is on for the gasket or something that will work.
Do any of you have any recommendations for who I can go to?
Also, as I really want to try to save the headliner and restitch it, what would be the best way to remove it without damaging it? All of the threads that were used to sew the sections together have rotted away, but the material itself is in great shape.
