  • Need Hearse Transport form Missouri th Colorado

Anyone know a reasonable priced source for transporting an "oversized" hearse from MO to CO?

Try giving this guy a call... He was pretty good to work with.

    Ken Davis 319-316-9593

He hauled my mother-in-laws '66 Chrysler Newport and my brother in laws '76 Dodge Ram Charger from MO to Phx, AZ and the cost was pretty reasonable for both vehicles at once. We are using this guy to take my 73 El Camino from Phx, AZ to MO. I don't know when the guy is going to MO with my El CAmino as we haven't booked him yet, but maybe the timing could work out.

Seems most carriers are willing to take on the task (prices vary greatly) until they are told it is a HEARSE.
Those OK with that, shy away or get ridicules in their pricing when told it sits on a 4x4 Suburban frame with oversize tires.

So what you're saying is that swapping oversize tires out for transport makes the whole process easier and cheaper...

They start talking about how much longer, how much heavier, how much taller it is than a regular Cadillac. Therefor they must charge (as much as $500) more.
I'm trying to help a friend who bought the coach (remember the "redneck special" on eBay?) and needs to get it home before he leaves next month to Afganhistan for a year. I estimate round trip fuel will cost around $600+ if we were to go get it with my dually and trailer.

Suggestion: Make trip yourself. Find a load East so you're not deadheading while offsetting expenses. PM me if you can't find anything to haul.
