Still doesn't change the fact someone need to beat them parfusely about the head and shoulder for letting it rot.

I understand what your saying , but if it wasn't for them we would not have the parts we need for our stuff. Like that corner glass he has there.

ryan_ricks hit the nail on the head, but forgot those who want to restore them too and just never get around to it or have the money to do so.

I have a 61 fleetwood i am not driving it hasnt been on the road in a year but i keep it covered with two covers under a roof...i start it once a month and let it run for 15 mins while i go through the gears. im not going to sell it. suspension is really bad and im saving for the parts....whats so hard about not being lazy and just taking care of your stuff?

I noticed that to. I guess he figured he would just zoom in on stuff because he new the car was only good for parts. strange tho.

So the sad realization set in that the owner really won't do anything with it. Not usually a fast process anyway!
At least this guy was realistic about value after all that time. Plenty of usable parts to assist another.
What I don't understand is not having 1 decent picture of entire vehicle out of 19.Last edited by 60Crown; 01-12-2012, 01:00 PM.

i think if you've ever watched american pickers or hoarders, you'll understand. people want, lust, and covet things, and just won't let them go.

i too have never understood this. lets hold on to something for 30 years not doing anything with it until its almost worthless then let it go for scrap?

People who let cars rot
Check this ebay link out....i dont understand why people will let a car rot into the ground instead of selling it to someone that will care for it.....does anyone agree?
