Thanks, I will keep that in mind.

Any thoughts on the "Vulcan SS 40"?

That is what my first estimate included.

I'd imagine with that part number those are also a Flowmaster knockoff Xanthus. Flowmaster makes "series" of mufflers... 40, 50 etc. and they have different tones. The 40 is the most popular because it's their least restricted model & has a great sound. Your exhaust guy will tell you the same thing if you ask him about what to expect the coach to sound like. Just be careful IF Florida does annual emissions testing, they'll bust ya for no CAT convertor. Ohio don't do it YET but I kept my CAT convertors just in case that day comes. I will tell you the difference is night & day with/without them. Mine did have aftermarket "true"duals when I bought it, hence having 2 very small catalytic convertors... chances are your coach only has ONE presently.

If your state mandates catalytic converters, but some hi flow ones from Summit racing and have no muffler at all. Cats do a decent job of quieting things down. In the late 70's there was a limited production Trans am that was called a "Macho T/A". It had true dual exhaust with 2 cats on each side and NO muffler right from the factory. It sounded very cool.

Love the color scheme. I am so SICK of the black with blue interior. I HATE that scheme so much. Love the black & red, maroon or my fav, black on black.

I love black with blue interior. I haven't seen it much on a hearse. I have seen a lot of black with red interior.
